Firearm Transfer Information

Desert Precision Gunworks LLC will transfer ownership of any firearm or receiver ONLY to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We do not ship to individuals without a valid FFL.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they comply with all local, state, and federal firearm laws before purchasing.

• Legal Liability: The buyer assumes all legal responsibility, liability, and risk associated with the condition, use, and storage of the purchased firearm or receiver.

FFL Dealer Contact:

• Find an FFL Dealer: The buyer must contact a local FFL dealer to facilitate the transfer.

• Transfer Fees: It is common for local dealers to charge a transaction fee when you pick up your firearm. This fee is strictly between you and your dealer, so it is recommended to check with them regarding any associated fees and their policies before the transfer.

Sending FFL Information:

It is the buyer's responsibility to forward a copy of the FFL and all relevant contact information to Desert Precision Gunworks LLC.
